The world could always use a little more gentleness. 这个世界总需要更多一点宽容

Take time to play with the people you love. 与你爱的人尽情玩吧

Pay close attention to one person at a time. 每一次只专注一人

If someone offers to scratchyour back,let them. 如果有人要为你抓背，让他们抓吧

Be thankful that someone took care of you when you were too little to fend for yourself.
感谢那些在你太年幼无知而且无独立生活能力时照顾你的人

Make someone else feel better by giving them a few strokes.
轻抚他几下，可使他感觉更好

Make eye contact if you want something. 如果你想要什么，可用眼神来表达

You don't need a large vocabulary to get your point across.
只言片语就可以说明你的观点

Keep an eye on your enemies. 要对你的敌人保持警惕
and trust your friends. 但要相信你的朋友

Don't be too critical of your friends. 不要对你的朋友太苛刻

Share what you have with others. 和别人分享你的所有

Always appreciate a friend who listens. 要感激听你倾诉的朋友

Take comefort in the kindness of strangers. 陌生人的友善给人以莫大的安慰
