How to succeed in a job interview

As we all know, job interview has played an increasing role in job-hunting.There are many factors to lead to a successful job interview ,such as interviewee's appearance,manner,ability,confidence,professional knowledge and honesty.Among those,I think that the first three are of utmost importance.The reasons are as follows:
Firstly,the first impression is half a battle,of which the physical appearance---proper dress---makes up a large part of it. This is because dressing properly itself show our respect to the interviewer so as to leave the interviewer an impression that we are serious and self-confident.The manner is the second important factor.For example,it is essential that you sound friendly,interested,confident and happy in answering any inquires in the interview.Finally,ability also accounts for something.The reason is that no one would like to bother himelf to have an interview for seeking some incapable employees.
To conclude,most of us cann't escape from the interview.Therefore,keep the above points in your mind and that will pave the way for the successful interview.
